I agree that interior execution involves several dependencies and delays has arised from various points. While you emphasize not shifting blame, your response notably avoids acknowledging any execution mistakes or delays. This consistent non-acknowledgment of responsibility has significantly contributed to the overall disappointment.
Regarding the plywood, you previously assured us of your trademarked plywood quality over branded alternatives. Your current suggestion of branded plywood contradicts your own earlier assurance.
Chic Spaces is not being blamed for anything outside its scope. All the flagged concerns specifically relate to execution which were under your purview.
Though your reply is addressed to clients, there are substantial things pointed out towards Magical Spaces, so I would like to address those directly.
As design consultants, our project was already secured and we were not at risk of losing it.
We went ahead with the plywood suggested by you, having complete faith in your assurance. It has not been done for cost cutting or bagging of project. Every client has a certain budget and projects are designed keeping their functional needs, aesthetic needs, and budget in mind. The material specifications for this project are premium and your reply acknowledges that too.
2d drawings have been revised thrice over a period of 10 months considering revisions that had to be incorporated keeping site conditions in mind. There where no revisions in civil works except for a staircase wall opening which was eventually redone by landscaping vendors contractor.
Magical Spaces, despite its limited online presence, has successfully completed diverse residential, commercial, and corporate interiors not just in Hyderabad but in Pune, Bombay, and Karnataka too. Also to mention architectural projects from scratch to its interior’s designs. Social media presence is not the sole validator of authenticity and scale of work. Currently we are content with our current project volume.
On financial aspects, it is an industry-standard practice in Hyderabad for design firms to collaborate with vendors. This enables us to offer comprehensive services at competitive consultancy fees, ensuring optimal material selection and client value. For every site work commenced, quotes from multiple vendors have been taken to cross-check price variations and suggest clients accordingly. The same goes for material selections; we have visited multiple shops until we found something suitable for our designs. This design practice is not possible if we are specific contractor and vendor-focused.
We have delivered all our design responsibilities diligently, that is the sole reason we are commissioned for big projects just by word of mouth and not online/physical presence and we take pride in that.
Final thoughts:
It has been five months since we parted ways. There are still issues on site because of faulty execution, which the clients are quietly addressing without bothering me for a failed recommendation or asking you to redo anything. They sent a review, and the least we could do was respond. Since it was not responded to, I took it up. We find it disappointing that the focus has shifted from addressing the client's genuine concerns about project execution to unsubstantiated claims about our business practices.

A review was posted by the client approximately two months ago. We learned yesterday that there has been no response to their feedback, and upon further investigation, the review is no longer visible.
As your firm was recommended by us, we felt it was our responsibility to follow up on this matter, especially given the client's disappointment and frustration.
Even though our collaboration on this project did not conclude on the best note due to various reasons, the client has been exceptionally reasonable throughout. All payments have been duly cleared, regardless of any disagreements that may have arisen during the journey. We believe addressing their feedback is the least one can do.

The project manager and carpenters were excellent.
They communicated throughout the process and were willing to adjust and customize everything as per our needs. So, despite some hiccups at the design phase, we ended up with a great result.

1. Mr.Amrit was very knowledgable during the requirement stage and very upfront with price expectations. Even though pricing was a little higher than other vendors its their quality of materials up matched.
2. We had a rough picture on what we were expecting in each area of our house when Ms. Prasanna was assigned to the team she was able to streamline everything smoothly. The 2D and 3D designs helped us make decisions. Prasanna was the most helpful during the material selection phase.
3. Project manager Uttam ji was the star of the team. He was so knowledgeable when it came to in and out details of the project. We had multiple hiccups during the execution phase but Uttam ji always made best of all the situations. He was on top of updating me through phone calls and Chic Space’s app. I was very thankful for his guidance. I felt like my project was given to the right person.
4. Carpenter Manohar ji was such a honest, punctual, hardworking and time efficient person. His craftsmanship and his attention to details made our home come out beautifully. Mr. Ismail team also have done a decent job with paintwork and addressed all concerned areas before handover.
5. Mr. Rahul, Shubham and Ritesh took care of the financials and payments. They were very patient with me.
Few areas for improvement would be during the design phase we wish we had some fresh market ideas which go along with our requirements from the designer. Little bit more coordination between the designer and the execution team. After the material phase some of the selected items were no longer available or out of stock which was a bummer. The deep cleaning crew could have been more gentle and throw with the cleaning.
Overall I recommend others who are in the market for a good interiors team to check out Chic spaces as they are very reliable!
The quality of the materials used, hassle free execution, weekly updates on the progress and lastly the timely delivery have truly made the entire process stress-free.

1. Right from the moment we contacted them, we received very positive and professional response. They did not push us so much, like other corporate companies do.
2. The day we visited their office, we were well received and explained about their services and the finishing.
3. We wanted to visit few sites to see the quality and finishing. After 10 mins of requesting this I received a call from their project manager to show us their ongoing project. We liked that a lot.
4.Their prices were at par with other vendors and they did not have any hidden charges.
5. They gave us time and space to make our decision.
After finalising them for our interiors, the journey till the handover was very smooth. I am sure there is no interior company who can do flawless work. (I can say that from my past experience). In this case too there were few misses for sure. However it was handled quite professionally and fixed smoothly.

Factory finish work is easy and quick, no doubt. But if you want to have a home with beautiful and well crafted decor then go for Chic Spaces. Because they do not just have good Workers, they have Craftsmen.
Anyone can do straight lines of wood work and laminate them. However we had some specific ideas with lot of arches and curves. They took it as a challenge and delivered just the way we imagined our home to be.
